{Grilled} Personal Pan Pizza

Have you ever had grilled pizza?  As in cooking your pizza on your grill outside?  Mmm...it is soo good!!  We have it a lot over in the summer over at the pool party!  They usually get some Papa Murphy's Take 'N Bake's and throw them on the Traeger.  When you grill it, it gives it the best flavor, especially if you have a Traeger or grill similar to that.  We don't have a Traeger, just a simple Weber propane grill that we use all the time.

Earlier this week I was craving some grilled pizza, so I picked up some of the personal pan sized premade crusts (yes you can use premade, works just fine!), pizza sauce, cheese, and some other toppings.  The pizza crusts come 3 to a pack, so I made 6 little pizza's.  There were plenty for 2 of us, plus had a lot leftover for the next day.  It was really nice, because we had different kinds of pizza to choose from: Italian Sausage, Italian Sausage with Jalapeno (D's fav!), Turkey Pepperoni (my fav!), and Combo Sausage & Turkey Pepperoni. This was really easy and super yummy that I had to share!  And not to mention you don't have to heat up your house by turning on the oven...even better!

Ingredients:
Personal Pan sized pizza crust (we used mama mary's)
Pizza Sause (we used mama mary's)
Italian Blend Cheese (I ran out of Italian Blend so I used cheddar on the Turkey Pepperoni pizza's)
Favorite Toppings (we did italian sausage, turkey pepperoni, cheese)
Garlic Powder
Garlic Salt
Italian Seasoning
Cooking Spray

1.) Spray cooking spray on top of crust and sprinkle lightly with Garlic Powder

2.) Preheat grill, turn down to medium heat.
Place crusts top down on the grill for 3-5 minutes,
and spray the bottoms with cooking spray and a little garlic powder.
Turn the crusts over, for anothe 3-5 minutes.
You just want them to brown a little bit.

what the top of the crust looks like after a few minutes on the grill.

3.) Load the crusts up with your favorite topping...
sauce first, toppings (pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno's, etc), then cheese.
Sprinkle pizza with a little garlic salt, and italian seasoning.
4.) Put pizza's on grill for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

5.) Slice your pizza's up and eat!

Mmm...cheesy!

What are your favorite toppings for pizza?  Do you like Jalapeno's on yours?  We do!

Oh man, I had a great thought...it would be even better to make some Pulled Pork Pizza on the grill!!! Mmmm.... :)

Notes: When you pregrill your crusts, they just need to lightly brown since they will go back on once you put the toppings on.  When the pizza is ready for it's final grill, be sure to watch the crusts so they don't burn.  Our grill was hotter in one place than the other, and it burnt one of the pizza's!
